Advanced Biomatrix HyStem-HP Version 2.0 Thiol-Modified Hyaluronan, Gelatin and Heparin Hydrogel Kit, 2.5 mL
HyStem-HP contains thiolated hyaluronic acid, heparin and gelatin for easy 3D hydrogels. HyStem-HP version 2.0 provides the same cellular environment as HyStem-HP Version 1.0. HyStem V2.0 kit components will now be reconstituted with a buffered 1X PBS. The resulting components will also result in a pH neutral isotonic salt hydrogel. The ending pH, osmo, and rheological properties are the same from Version 1.0 to Version 2.0. HyStem-HP hydrogel is fully chemically-defined and is ideal for cell applications whereby the slow, continuous release of growth factors is crucial to re-creating a desired microenvironment. The HyStem-HP Hydrogel Kit contains a combination of thiol-modified hyaluronan and a thiol-modified heparin (Heprasil), thiol-modified denatured collagen (Gelin-S), and thiolreactive crosslinker, PEGDA (Extralink). The immobilized heparin in the HyStem-HP hydrogel mimics the heparin sulfate proteoglycans normally present in the extracellular matrix.
